This is how your project works

Transfer STP CAD data

You simply send us your STP files (Standard for the Exchange of Product Data) by e-mail.
These files contain the detailed 3D CAD models of the components you wish to have manufactured.
As soon as we receive your data, we start processing and implement your design plans precisely and reliably.

2.

Data check

The uploaded CAD data is checked by the technicians for errors and feasibility.
If necessary, queries are sent to the customer.

3.

Order and order confirmation

Once the data has been successfully checked, an offer is created and sent to the customer.
Once the quotation has been accepted by the customer, the order is confirmed and the corresponding orders for materials and required tools are triggered.

4.

Production of the components

The actual production of the components is carried out in accordance with the production plan drawn up.
The parts are manufactured using various machining processes such as milling, turning, drilling or grinding.

5.

Control

Quality checks are carried out during and after production to ensure that the parts meet the requirements and specifications.
Any necessary reworking is also carried out.

Delivery

After successful production and final quality inspection, the finished components are cleaned, packaged and prepared for dispatch.
The customer is informed and the parts are either delivered directly or made available for collection.
